"The new update version 3.23 and newer... not good. At all. You can't click on narrators from a book title, it's all in dark mode now (which I absolutely hate as it hurts my eyes), no option to purchase a title and send it to a friend. I can't even just purchase the title, I have to use a credit, which is normally fine, but not always. I don't know why these updates were done as there seems to be no actual benefits. The books are good. The update is.. not."

"What the ever loving heck did you do to ruin this app??? QUIT trying to sync my book. This is the only device I listen on and I have that turned off. For the forth time on one book the app has failed to start a book, showed it as not downloaded while looking for a wireless signal then redownload and started over. Absolutely maddening."
